In this 40-second video, Sara La Rocca, a volunteer at various organizations in Singapore, shares a practical note on how people can give.
Sara: Like we take a lot of our skills for granted. And we don't believe maybe that those things can be valuable when shared with others. And it takes tiny steps, nothing big. Initially, I never volunteer because perhaps it will require a lot of time or it may require a lot of effort, and at the end of the day sometimes it's the small things that even make you feel like they've made such an impact, it's not the big gestures. It's the small gestures sometimes.
